Do I need a permit for a shed or gazebo?

It depends on size and whether it has utilities. Smaller sheds often don't, but larger structures, anything with electrical, and anything close to a lot line usually do. We check the zoning and tell you what's required before any work starts.

Can you run power or water to the structure?
