2. Step 2 · Choose how you’d like to explore

   You can scan your home and experiment with siding colours and materials if you’d like. Prefer more help? We can come to your home, complete the scan and put together design options with you.

   You don’t need to scan or choose materials yourself. We’ll discuss the route that suits you during the consult. The designs help choose a look; preliminary estimate options come next.

3. Step 3 · Preliminary estimates

   Compare up to three
   estimate options.

   We review the scan information, design direction and project goals, then send up to three estimate options with preliminary numbers. Each option explains the proposed scope and assumptions so you can compare the choices with your budget.

   We’ll help you understand the differences and decide whether an option fits before arranging an on-site visit.

4. Step 4 · On-site review & final quote

   If the budget fits,
   let’s meet on site.

   We review physical samples together and carry out a technical evaluation of your home. We then prepare your final quote with the selected materials, installation details and scope of work.

   Some conditions only become visible when siding comes off. We identify those assumptions and explain how any additional work will be reviewed before proceeding.
