Older brick and frame homes around the Vansittart streetscape and Old North. Most have mid-century or 1980s replacement windows now reaching end-of-life. Sash-pack replacement preserves the brick course where possible; brick-to-brick when the casing has gone.

Ranches, 1.5-storeys, and 2-storey detached homes on smaller lots. Original aluminum or first-generation vinyl windows are common. Predictable conditions: rotted sills, missing flashing, weathered exterior trim — we carry the trim stock and time to handle on site.
Master-planned and newer (2000s–present)
Devonshire, Villages of Sally Creek, Pittock/Roth Park, Havelock Corners
Newer family and adult-lifestyle communities, mostly post-2008. Original windows are typically still in factory warranty; selective upgrades and trim-match jobs are more common than full retrofits.
